Why Quick Weight Loss Diets are doomed to fail
Crash diet does not lead to sustained weight loss and harm your health.
Many websites claim that their diet results in significant weight loss, but three, four or five days. This type of weight loss is always temporary. This is usually 90% water, which once again established as soon as rehydrate body, do it, have to suffer if you do not intend to serious health problems.

2nd Diets are often boring and over restrictive. After the novelty of the first day or two, you will notice that you did not enjoy the meal more. Then begins to crave food constantly and gives comfort to your diet that pretty soon. You may even feel guilty, feel guilty not to lose weight.
3rd Most diets do not follow the recommendations of the American Heart Association and blood lipids in foods. Often, it is recommended that fat foods and low in carbohydrates, which, if taken long term can lead to heart disease. Promoters to say that the diet must be followed for only a short time. But you probably do not reach your goal weight this time, and then what? You win if the plan, which is not good for your health, stop or continue, and probably back to what you’re missing.
4th Many of the diet will not help you enough servings of fruits and vegetables to add to its weight loss program, nor does it give you a variety of foods that your body needs.
5th Quick weight loss diet is a temporary solution and will not help you make lasting changes in their eating habits. Permanent changes are the only way to maintain your goal weight once you achieve it. Diets encourage yo-yo diet-binge cycles of fast weight loss and weight gain as soon as possible. It is worse for your health and your self-esteem than if you were overweight.
Self-hypnosis, especially when coupled with NLP is a very effective way of permanently changing your eating habits and unhealthy addictions. You can also use it to reduce stress (and comfort food!) And increase your confidence tremendously.
Whatever may be said hype, their diet is not beneficial in the long run. The best way to get the weight loss is to eat healthy and varied diet, eating too much, exercise regularly and avoid rapid weight loss diet.

I agree with you absolutely. To achieve total and long lasting weight loss, one must be consistent in eating good diet, engaging in regular exercise, eating a lot of fruits and complex carbs. Crash diet is but a short solution which often is temporary
